With a background in some of the finest Michelin star restaurants in NYC, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. My passion for culinary art ensures that each dish is a masterpiece, crafted with precision and creativity.
I grew up with a strong food influence from my Mexican grandmother who enriched my pallet with so many spices and flavors. After college, I had the opportunity to live in multiple different countries, with the longest being South Africa and through that I began thinking more and more about the importance of food in every culture and how it makes each life experience unique. I eventually moved to NYC where I studied Culinary Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education which is a French based culinary school specializing in fine dinning. I graduated with highest honors and top of my class and from there went on to work for the late Chef James Kent at both his One and Two Micheline Stared restaurants, Crown Shy and Saga. After a year with Chef James I landed a job in my dream kitchen working for the French Chef Daniel Boulud at his notorious two Micheline Stared restaurant Daniel. While in NYC I got hooked on the detailed extravagance of Micheline Star fine dinning and the culinary journey the robust flavors take people on.
Since the beginning of time almost every culture around the world has seen the value in gathering around the table with your loved ones to break bread. To me enjoying a good meal and making memories around it, is one of the things that makes life worth living. We need food to nourish our bodies but we need art to nourish our soul, and fine dinning indulges you in both. It's an honor for me to provide this experience of breaking bread together utilizing the spices and flavors of my Mexican childhood, the richness and diversity of South African cuisine, and the fine techniques of French Cooking.
Includes all the ingredients and tools to make gnocchi from scratch as well as a choice of sauces and toppings that rotate seasonally. Four types of hors d’oeuvres will also be provided for guests to snack on while cooking.

Includes all ingredients and tools to make empanadas from scratch as well as three types of hors d’oeuvres for guest to snack on while they cook.
Both menus rotate seasonally and are inspired by my life experiences and using the knowledge I’ve acquired from the multiple Michelin Star tasting menus I’ve been a part of. Both menus can be adapted for all dietary needs for no extra cost. Guests are welcome and encouraged to provide their own wine or drinks.

Sometimes in life we just need to treat ourselves and sometimes simple is better, this five course experience does just that.
This can be added to both the five and nine course experience and perfect for those who want to save their wine collection for another day.
Unless the wine pairing is selected guests will be responsible for providing their own beverages.
